it has been over 1 and half yr ,i have been wife have gone through 4 miscarriages during this period.she has abnormal harmonal balance and also doctor says her uterus is thin so she needs an operation.
According to me 4 miscarriages in a one and a half year means pregnancies are occuring too frequently. You need give a gap between pregnancies for her physical condition to revert back to normal. I would suggest plan a pregnancy with a gap of 6-8 months. And also do a ultra sound after 6-8 months.

Ways to add extra years to your life

Thursday, January 17th, 2013

Cutting down on your smokes, limiting your alcohol intake, eating a healthy diet and regular exercise are few ways that could add extra years to your life.

New research has found that women who stop smoking before 40 live a decade longer than those who keep puffing into later life, ABC News reported.

Recent findings from a study of over a million women found that smokers more than triple their risk of dying early compared to nonsmokers.

Quitting today can help you down the line, as the sooner you take your last drag the longer you’ll likely live, Rachel Huxley, PhD, a professor of epidemiology and community health at the University of Minnesota who wrote an accompanying editorial to the study said.

Kicking the habit before middle age nearly eliminates the risk of premature death, and women who ditch the cigs in their 30s have even better odds of a long life. The reason – fewer years of overall exposure to cigarette toxins that are linked to lung cancer, heart disease, and stroke, Huxley said.

How to improve your ‘sex life’

Thursday, January 17th, 2013

A study conducted on a couple has revealed that watching a sexy video or using massage oil can help having sex.

The study conducted on Celeste and Rob, who have been married nine years and are working parents of a 4-year-old kid, has found that like any other couple this couple also has intense, mismatched schedules, because of which they don’t connect much on week nights, Fox News reported.

The researcher suggested that sex is a great way to relieve stress and reconnect and to make it pleasurable, one should take turns thinking of special treats for that night-food, a sexy video, massage oil or anything inspiring.

The research also claimed that Physical intimacy is an important and necessary part of bonding and is a great way to keep a relationship strong.

How to turn New Year’s resolutions into habits

Thursday, January 17th, 2013

It is best to stay on top of New Year resolutions until they become habit will make this year and every year the best yet, experts say.

To turn those resolutions into habit, Doctors at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Wellness Director Lauren Whitt, said that the new behaviour needs to be repeated for at least 21 days. But, Whitt warned, day four is where many new actions begin to wear off.

“The first day of a new behaviour – you’re excited – and that positive feeling carries over into day two,” Whitt said.

“By day three, you start to get tired of it. By day four, it can drop off. Make it past day four and you are well on your way to making a new behaviour a habit,” he said.

Nutrition adjustments for weight management purposes are always popular changes at the beginning of the year. Cardiologist Alan Gertler, M.D., said to try eating Mediterranean-style instead of doing a crash diet.
