You might even think, ‘When I drink I feel warmer’. According to the Swiss institute for the prevention of alcohol and drug problems alcohol only gives you an illusion of being warm!

I am Anitha (25years Female).I am working in Night shifts,my office timings is evening 6:30 to morning 4:30.Before i was 62kgs but when i join in nightshif i graually increased my weight slowly slowly now i am 90kgs.Really am not able to understand and am worried about my weight what i need to do,i can’t go for gym because i dont have sufficient time.Can you please give me proper diet plan even am staying in Hostl. Please help me by telling proper solution for my problem
