mam, i am maintaining my sugar level fasting—100–115 and pp—135—-145 and my quartrly, avg. sugar is 6—6.5%. i control my colestrol and take ROSULIP –5, REMIPRESS –5, NURACT–PLUS AND CALCIA SACHE, GLIMY FORTE–1 AND GLIMY FORTE–2 BUT I AM HEALTHY WITH 75 KG WT AND 5–8 FT HT.
PL TELL ME ,IF THERE IS ANY NEGATIVE EFFECT OF THESE SUGAR MEDICINES ON MY HEALTH AND AGE. I AM 56–MALE.. BEING IN PUNJAB–CHANDIGARH , PBI FOOD IS MORE FAT TIGHT BUT I TRY TO CONTROL. I ALSO TAKE WALK FOR 1–1.5 KMS AVG WITH MY PEMERIAN MILKY WHITE DOG DAILY.
HOW AND WHEN CAN I WL GET RID FROM MEDICINES. I TAKE B–COMPLEX, IRON FEEFOL CAPSULES.

Vinod, if you have been diagnosed with diabetes you need to always keep it under control with diet, exercise and medication. Your fasting and HbA1c is within limit.But PPBS should not go over 135. Do this by reducing one portion of starch intake at breakfast time. If you send me a food diary I can assess it and modify if needed. Please increase your exercise to 3 km 5 times a week. Yes, you should avoid oily foods.
